Todd, Kristen, & company do an amazing job. I recently purchased my first home. Prior to their involvement, I had an awful experience with Bank of America’s mortgage team (poor communication, conflicting information, and wishy-washy reasoning behind delays that lasted three months). In a third of the time, APM got me a comparable loan structure and was there for me every step of the way. They even sent me and my partner sweet treats to enjoy in our new home.
