Amazing bike shop. They got all sorts of parts you could possibly need. Nice staff.
You can tell these guys are genuinely passionate about mountain biking, it shines through in all aspects of their shop. Employees are helpful and happy to help out - regardless if you are simply asking a question or buying an expensive bike. Have dealt with a bunch of different employees across multiple visits and they are consistently top notch. Also one of the few shops in Calgary that carries niche MB items instore (like mounting hardware for shocks and stuff like that).
I have ordered twice now from The Inside Line. Both times suspension parts. Shipping is lightening fast despite the Canada Post strike both times. It is great to have a store that has in stock the parts that we need, priced as competitively as the really big US chains, and yet you can pick up the phone and speak to an actual friendly real person. These guys are super knowledgeable and from the few orders I've placed, they stock items they sell for quick shipping. super happy with my experience and apricate a store that runs stock instead of being a middle man drop shipper. There is also no better time then now to support Canadian business. HIGHLY recommended
