Every single staff member I have met since I moved my mom here has been so incredibly welcoming to us. The nursing staff is so loving and caring. I am so happy we chose University Village.
The Inn at University Village! What could I possibly say that would do them justice? I can't possibly say enough to express my gratitude to everyone working there. The administration bent over backwards trying to help us with the move of my father despite his Long Term Care Insurance, Jackson National and their affiliates, doing their best not to assist us. My parents just moved here from their hometown of over 50 years, and the transition has been even better than we had hoped. Some of the things that have made the move a success are the kind and professional employees (including management, CNAs, nurses, dining staff, and receptionists), the beautiful atmosphere, and the delicious food.
