My mom has been at the Inn for almost 2 years and absolutely loves it. My sister and I love it because she’s happy and the staff is incredible. From walking in the door and speaking with the receptionists to the healthcare team, everyone is very nice, accommodating, always smiling, so patient with the residents and genuinely seem to care and enjoy their jobs. The staff and residents at The Inn at University Village are incredible. A beautiful designed community, close proximity to Legacy Hospital, Vancouver Clinic, Kaiser Salmon Creek, Safeway, Fred Meyer, Trader Joe’s, Washington State University Vancouver, maintenance free lifestyle, 24 hour nurse on-site, and more make it the perfect place to call home.
The facility is very well run and clean. Staff stay there unlike some other places that have huge turnover. Amer is a real rock star if you get to work with him. He really cares about the people there. My Mom was there and liked the facility and staff.
