After looking at 8 Memory Care facilities in the Dublin/Powell/Westerville area, it was clear that The Inn was the one that met the needs of my cousin. I was her POA and responsible for getting her the best care. The Aides and Nurses and Med Techs are very resident-focused. They are permanent staff - not temps. They know each resident and treat each like a family member. I have found them to be very responsive to my requests and made my cousin feel at home.
