The Inn at Library Way is an exceptional place. My mother was a resident there for a little over three years and she couldn't have had a better experience. The very first day she was there, we got a phone call from her. My wife and I were like, "Uh, oh. Here we go." The phone call was not what we expected. To: Families looking into Assisted living for A loved one In Northwest Columbus or the Central Ohio area. I highly recommend The Inn at Library Way in Hilliard, Ohio. My grandfather spent a couple of months at The Inn, and during that time the caregivers and nursing staff provided exceptional care. In his final days, Kayla and Lauren cared for him with such gentleness and compassion, and my family is truly grateful for their support. Overall, The Inn is a place I will always confidently recommend to others.
While it is never an easy decision to move from your home, the Inn at Library Way has made the transition very smooth for my parents. The facility has a very welcoming, homelike feel and has been very accommodating during the process. Issues are addressed quickly and the staff is very helpful and approachable. After only 6 weeks, my parents are thriving and said the Inn at Library Way feels like home.
At first it was okay for my mom, but it ended up being a nightmare.
