Just finished my first week and it has been everything I had hopped for. Friendly people excellent staff. Clean and modern. Definitely recommend this place
I researched many places before deciding to move my dad into a senior community. What initially felt like a difficult decision became much easier after speaking with Tiffani. She was incredibly accommodating and truly worked with both my dad’s and my needs. The move-in process had its challenges—my dad had a last-minute change of heart. After a long search for a senior living community, we happened on Independence Village of Waterford, and are so glad we did. Location, apartments, amenities , food, and especially staff, are absolutely wonderful! Every staff member we've met has been welcoming, friendly, professional, and so helpful with our adjustment! Every concession possible has been made to meet our needs and help us make our transition ...and we easily give our new home 5 stars!
My mother has been at Independence Village for 5.5 years. Shereida and Tiffani are the absolute best managers ever. Actually, the whole staff (including Preferred Senior Care) has been very accommodating and helpful. It's a lovely facility with lots of fun activities. I highly recommend it for independent seniors!
My mom and dad loved this place. The staff is phenomenal, truly. Lots of compassion. Lots of activities , something for everyone. Unfortunately, we had to move her to assisted living, but she always wanted to come back here. She missed the friends she had made. Thank you to the staff for their wonderful care of my mom and dad. Forever grateful
