Had hamstring tendinopathy from playing cricket that I had dutifully ignored for a couple of years. Lachie exceeded all my expectations in tailoring a rehab program that had me painfree and noticeably stronger in just a couple of months.
The team at the Injury Clinic has been fantastic to work with over the past few years. From Ben and Liz to more recent support from Lachie, everyone has been solution focused, knowledgeable, and genuinely empathetic and positive. I am so grateful for their support in managing my injuries and, most importantly, helping me on the road to recovery.
I have always seen Liz at the clinic regarding my piriformis issue. We do dry needling as it’s very effective for me. Liz does the best dry needling as it gets right to where the issue is and she works on that area for quite some time and it provides immediate relief. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her field, so I won’t be going to see anyone else!! Highly recommend ☺️
