I’ve been a client of The Injury Clinic for a few years now and can’t recommend them highly enough for physio services. Over that time, I’ve worked through a number of running injuries with Lachie — most recently a serious hip flexor tear. Great physio led evidence based services and gym with wonderful attentive and supportive strength trainer coaches . Very personalised and specific guidance to achieve meaningful goals and address recurrent injuries with long term solutions .
The team at the Injury Clinic are awesome. Darby is an excellent Physio. He has taken the time to help me understand my injury and work out a recovery plan. He has also helped my kids with their sports injuries. So good.
