I’m leaving this review with mixed feelings. There are some care staff here who are truly amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the people they care for. They deserve recognition for the compassion and effort they put in every day. Unfortunately, that level of care isn’t consistent. A few staff members are very unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful in how they communicate and handle situations, which creates an uncomfortable environment. After looking at different communities, when I visited The Indigo of Lansing, I knew I had found the right community for my dad. The community is clean and well decorated for memory care. The staff have been attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make the transition for my dad as painless as possible. I highly recommend The Indigo of Lansing!
Staff and caregivers have been great. My mother has expresses how she enjoys the food and activities. Her spirts and activity level has also improved.
