My girlfriend came here for a Drug Test Screening , let me tell you how HOT ! It is in this Place No ventilation coming in the Waiting Area. They have Windows that are not even open for at least to have some air coming in , this is a clinic where people come to check themselves and there’s germs trapped in the waiting area but no windows are open. Also the receptionist the lady at the front desk is Rude she needs a raise , or have to be fired , she NEEDS SOMETHING BECAUSEEEE she’s rude
To begin with let me start by saying that the IMA Group collects your tax money to help them decline you of your own? Does that make sense? That's the answer to the problem according to the State and Federal Government, as well as the IMA Group. I have Epilepsy. I spent 3 hours at the IMA group. I wasted 2 and half hours waiting. I spoke to 1 nurse, and 2 doctors for a total of 30 minutes. My neurologist wouldn't be able to help if that's how they conducted business. Got hung up on twice.
The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated at the Bohemia NY office was disgusting. Whoever awards these government contracts out needs to seriously look at the way this place handles its clients.
The Dept of Health will be investigating this filthy, disgusting, and disgraceful organization. It is unfortunate that a government contracted "healthcare facility" can pose such clear health hazards and risks to the public. Disabled members of the community are forced to endure rude staff, incompetent clinicians and "Evaluations" that last less than 20 minutes. This government funded organization MUST be closed!
