Here for a pre-employment screening. Reception very friendly and welcoming. My testing representative also very personable and polite. However, the wait time (2+ hours) for an extremely simple screening test is unacceptable. Especially when people with health issues are getting priority after showing up after me; just because I didn't show up with an oxygen tank or mobility issues doesn't mean I lose walk-in priority. I DO NOT recommend coming here they are very rude I am a plus size women and they made it apparent to point out my weight that I am currently when I have an active eating disorder used to weigh less but I don’t remember the names of the doctors but if you don’t wanna leave the building crying DONT COME HERE!!! Trust me save yourself the stress and tears they are rude no matter who the person is they treat you like you aren’t a human I wish I could give 0 stars that’s how bad this place is
I gave 2 stars because they got my wife in and out of her appointments quickly and without issue. My problem is that the building and office are basically inaccessible for those traveling alone in a wheel chait. This was not a problem for us, as my wife is in a wheelchair, however I am there to open the doors for her. I find this interesting because they are evaluating for disability, but if disabled and don't have someone with you, then GOOD LUCK getting in. TERRIBLE.
Go in to get a pre-employment screening done, get told their system is down, so wasted a day. Come in the next day after calling to confirm my E-Passport was good and when I arrive I'm told I need to make an appointment. When I get told to call a number, I call and find out they can't even see me until the following week even though the E-Passport expires the day after. This clinic is terrible. Go to a WellNow location. For the love everything holy, tell your employer to use WellNow.
