Very bad customer service and waited for more than 2 hours even though I had an appointment. The office was not clean. Called other patients who came after me.
All members of the staff were wonderful. Dr. H was such a pleasure to me and my son. The building could use some sprucing up, nonetheless, a pleasant experience.
I had 2 appointments scheduled for the same day (10:45am and 12:00pm). While they were a little overzealous with the text reminders... when the 1st appt's dr ended up calling in sick, I wasn't notified. Neither were the other 2 people who had the same exact appt time! Also, for a place that assists persons with disabilities, their waiting room chairs were so flimsy, I was worried about leaning back too much in fear of falling backwards. So with back problems, this extended wait in uncomfortable chairs was terrible.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The place is filthy. We waited forever to be seen even with a scheduled appointment. They were over an hour late seeing us. It's not a relevant exam. They are basically trying to see you're not totally brain-dead. The exam room had no sink for doctors to wash their hands. Had no curtains over the windows. They asked if I wanted to change into a gown for a neuro exam...I refused the place was filthy, and I had no privacy for changing. The psychiatrist is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I'm dreading going back for my daughter. They are rude and mean. When I went for me the doctor made me cry and said he felt bad for my children being born to a disabled mother. I reported him but I doubt it did any good. Social security needs to look into this place and revamp
