Incredibly disgusting and unprofessional place. The receptionists were very kind but the medical and psych doctors that evaluated me were extremely blunt and I did not feel like I was taken seriously whatsoever. They gave me a gown that had stains on it, the bathroom was filthy, floors were caked in dirt… I never leave reviews but this was just scary. Such a dirty disgusting facility. Looks like no one has cleaned this place for years! Public bathroom had rubber gloves tied to the door handle, no soap to wash your hands. Floors so dirty and stained. All walls were filthy. Flimsy plastic chairs in waiting room causing my back excruciating pain. Stained gowns and long wait times. One patient was sleeping and snoring loudly and another not very happy for her over 2 hour wait. For a medical facility I don't understand why they would let it get so bad. staff are unprofessional, the guy who had seen me basically said "how do we know we all even exist?" like it was a normal Tuesday question. had been denied MULTIPLE times because of seeing the same 'doctor', who doesnt even want to see papers of my diagnosis and only wanted to look at my ip rather than focusing on what the actual issues of my disability is. had the GALL to condicend me with 'hate is a strong word' after a sneeze that never came, and proceeded to say 'do you hate that too?' when i coughed due to my allergies ... read more
