The State Gov needs to investigate and review this incompetent and dishonest organization. They try all tactics to prevent a disabled senior from being seen by a doctor. They changed my father’s appointment dates 3 times and last minute changed the location of the exam. Then when my father arrived at the location they required him to fill out medical history forms that take 30-40 minutes to finish online which he already had submitted but since their system was down they wanted him to fill out the paper forms as well. Please tear this place down and start over! A whole year of reviews talking about how much of a health risk this place is and how uncomfortable it is when it's supposed to be a place for people with disabilities to come to....the place is STILL dirty. The place is STILL falling apart. The names of staff members from previous reviews are STILL working here. They are STILL being rude to people who clearly have disabilities. An appointment for 2 PM shouldn't be left waiting in the waiting room 2 to 3 hours.

Incredibly disgusting and unprofessional place. The receptionists were very kind but the medical and psych doctors that evaluated me were extremely blunt and I did not feel like I was taken seriously whatsoever. They gave me a gown that had stains on it, the bathroom was filthy, floors were caked in dirt… I never leave reviews but this was just scary.
