Every time I bring people here for appointments they have to wait an hour or more past the scheduled time to be seen. Today they waited an hour and 15 minutes. When I inquired at the desk they would not even look up at me and passed responsibility to someone rlsw without an apology. Completely unacceptable! You are taking advantage of people because they are required to be here. Beyond disgraceful!
My son had an appointment for three different times in one day. We get here and we have a wait period of longer than hour. I had to pull him out of school to be here on time. However if we didn’t make it we would have it held against us for being late or not being here.
