I show up during normal posted hours and you’re closed, nobody in office and I get hung up on when I call. People in the lot calling other branches, veteran needs bloodwork at 8am, was there at 1130 trying to get help. Very poor experience. This was one of the few places I could go for a pre employment drug screen, wound up driving to Taylor,PA 83 miles away for one at RedyMed. If you are in between just go to Taylor.
No one in the waiting room, hour and a half wait for a 5 minute drug test. STAY AWAY
Arrived 15 minutes after the place opened. 2 people in the waiting room and I am told 2 hour wait for a drug test. Good luck to anyone coming here.
Called to check till what time they did drugs test they said 3 but didn’t have somebody that day which was fine. So I went in the next day and STILL didn’t have somebody to drug test , very unreliable place.
