The front desk and nurses were great, but the doctors on 12/09/2025 were unacceptable. I checked in at 12:15 PM for a 12:30 appointment, and even after being brought to the back at 1:00 PM, I was left sitting for 30 minutes with no doctor and no update. I even heard the nurse tell the doctor twice that I was waiting, yet no one ever came—there wasn’t even anyone else in the waiting room. I had zero problems with my appointments and everyone at this facility was respectful and helpful.
I show up during normal posted hours and you’re closed, nobody in office and I get hung up on when I call. People in the lot calling other branches, veteran needs bloodwork at 8am, was there at 1130 trying to get help. Very poor experience. This was one of the few places I could go for a pre employment drug screen, wound up driving to Taylor,PA 83 miles away for one at RedyMed. If you are in between just go to Taylor.
No one in the waiting room, hour and a half wait for a 5 minute drug test. STAY AWAY
