Where do I start? From Nurse Practitioner Nerissa to Felecia and the front desk receptionist, everyone made my experience exceptional. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I truly felt that this company puts patients first and is committed to providing outstanding, patient-centered care. Nurses and receptionist were great, during the Initial Physical exam, however The woman who did The mental exam was very rude. I don’t understand how they can hire people to work with people with disabilities if they’re going to be rude.
Felicia and Miranda are very nice people !!! But I must admit I did get a bruise on my arm from the bloodwork though!!
