Got there early and had to wait almost 2 hours for it to just get rescheduled
This was a horrible experience. Autumn was absolutely childish, disrespectful and far from professional. As a person that suffers from PTSD, Agoraphobia and etc, this experience caused actual distress. I will follow up with the state until she is no longer employed, or the state picks a new partner for this. I am also calling for an investigation into prior actions. The staff was very helpful and didn’t forget about me sitting in the lobby. I got there early and was out in half an hour. It was a quick process and super thankful for the service.
