This is a total nightmare been here 3 hours and been seen for like 20 mins. Now I'm back waiting again. The one guy called me back and after 5 mins he says oh I have the wrong person. The lady who took me back for height weight and bp, I couldn't understand a word she said. I'm not sure what language she was speaking
Only pleasant experience was the receptionist. It’s kind of funny how every 3 years when my SSD review is due, it’s denied because of that joke of an evaluator there. The one that takes a whole 2 minutes to do a mental health evaluation. If she should try to sabotage you and cause your claim to be denied, make sure you appeal it. Call your Congressman/Women, if need be. One year later, and I have finally heard that my decision is reversed in my favor. Let me tell you the next time I am do for a review in 3 years. The front desk was RUDE! Absolutely vile patient service and care. Don’t waste your time coming here. The nurses are unhelpful and straight up unprofessional there’s a reason why this place has 1 star and it’s because of their front desk workers.
Please avoid at all cost ! It’s not worth your time. This place is poorly managed unless you have 2 hours to spare for a routine drug screening. They don’t do online scheduling it’s walk in only and then you wait for folks who come in with scheduled appointments to be seen before you even after waiting for over an hour. I write this while review while I wait. Does the IMA group management even care to review or read these comments and try to make any changes and make the place more efficient ? Waited there for 3 HOURS for a drug screen!!!! For them to tell me to come back tomorrow OUTRAGEOUS!!!! CONTACTING THERE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT NOW!!!!
