Terrible service came for a drug test and was turned away saying it’s “too late” even though their closing time is 5pm and I was there 4:50pm . Old Spanish rude lady just basically shrugged her shoulders and said I was too late.
3 hour wait time for drug screening test terrible
Waited for almost 3 hours just for one lab to be done. Workers are nice, but environment is rambunctious and always packed, parents screaming at their children, smells of cigarettes and urine, comparable to the downtown DMV. Highly recommend another location other than this one if you’re able to!
Veterans beware! I am not sure if this is the only vendor option that can complete SSDI evaluations or not. The customer service is lacking, no accountability or care for clients. The staff was very rude and lacked professionalism. Please audit this location and consider retraining.
Staff friendly enough, but my goodness, do they move slowly. No sense of urgency whatsoever. You'll easily wait over an hour for a basic urine drug screen.
