Doctors and staff are really nice here
Autumn was very friendly and helpful considering my daughter was very nervous coming in to the unexpected. She answered questions thoroughly And took her time to explain the process of IMA. Dr Pandolfi smiled when he opened the door. He made us feel comfortable from the start. He was very professional and kind and assured her that there was no wrong answer to his questions. Thank you both for your kindness and consideration.
It was such a long wait.
Jeanette was very friendly and was very skilled with my blood draw. She got right into my vein and I didnt feel a thing. Front desk staff was friendly and I waited less than 30 minutes on a wednesday morning around 10am.
Everyone was very pleasant. MAs were awesome big Mike was pleasant and very professional. Latasha did my exam she was wonderful as well
