The absolute worst experience. They made me and everyone wait HOURS for an appointment where there is no wifi. I have issues sitting & was there for a disability case. Sitting for THREE HOURS put me in chronic pain and I could barely walk. My appt was for 2:15 and I left at 5:30. Staff was nice but they do not know how to run an office. Have directed a medical office so I kind of know what I'm talking about. Avoid if you can!
I had an appointment on 8-15 for 2pm psychological and 3pm for a physical exam.The psychologist was very professional and listen to my answers,the doctor was very attentive and also paid attention to my answers and looked at the medical documents I provided.The only drawback is you wait a long time and do everything piece by piece for example,I saw the psychologist first,then I waited then got called for an XRay then I waited,then I was called to see the doctor and waited again.I got to the location at 1pm I left at 345pm
This place is very ghetto.The staff attitude is disgusting. I had an appointment and the basically made me sit for hours with my child only to tell me that the doctor isn’t seeing any more patience for the day I need to know who that I can speak to about this because this is unacceptable, and they had the nerve to take my vital signs and everything so that they can make some form of money.
2/5/2024 between 10 am to 11 am. Nasty Spanish woman covering front desk, lazy and gave me attitude throughout. I asked her to check appointment time, and she told me her computer’s not working, then silent treatment. Yet I saw her assisting others right after me. At the end, the appointment is actually supposed to be next day, yet she told me to wait after she checked computer to confirm when I arrived. Finally got out of my depression funk My appointment was on 1/19/2024 at 3:30 pm There’s a light skin woman with long black hair that works there with red lipstick i wanted to vent but omg she was so rude and nasty she asked me a few questions and one question i was stumbling bad on and she asked me if i was faking it like come on now and that made me want that day to end so fast she made my anxiety and depression worst holy moly she should be fired i cried out of anger cause it’s people like her that stop me from going outs... read more
