Idk why theyre rated low. Place is clean. The staff at the front desk were kind, efficient and really helped me go in and out. The workers hit my vein when I'm a hard stick (kudos to you girl! A line is a line lol) and the MD who saw me was efficient while going through the primary screening questions. Like, theyre doing their job, and well at that. Idk what more people ask for. Ty for the speedy service. Yall were great.

I had an appointment scheduled with IMA, which required me to travel two hours each way. Upon arrival, I was met by a staff member wearing a keffiyah, which I found personally offensive due to its political implications. When I politely expressed my concern to the employee, Iqra, the situation escalated instead of being handled with professionalism. I'm hoping that the social security administration will do a full CDR medical review of my disability. And let the IMA group doctor's decide weather if my monthly social security checks stop or continue. I don't mind going homeless. It's an experience that I embrace.
