The way they treat military veterans here is absolutely horrid. While they expect 48 hours notice for appointment cancelations, they deem it perfectly acceptable to wait till after 1 pm to cancel a 2 pm appointment ON THE DAY OF. And then, hold the cancelation against the veteran THAT THEY CANCELED ON! Oh, and rescheduling appointment they canceled? Another month out.
