Given I was late to my appointment, I'll add an extra star. Customer service needs fixing. One of the ladies was understanding and fairly nice, while the other one was fairly rude. Hope I don't have to come back to experience this uncomfortable and mildly terrible service.
if i could leave zero stars i would. I wouldnt even leave a stool sample here. Rudest staff ive ever encountered. My urine sample mysteriously went missing in the mail after they kept saying to throw it away and to come back another day and kept talking amongst the staff how they wished i would leave. I hope this place realizes throwing away someones urine sample without them knowing you can face legal actions. Everyone here seemed miserable, If you dont like you job dont take it out on the clients find another career. Also ... read more

Never going back. Felt very unwelcome by one lady who was doing my drug test and she was in the back making comments complaining about how she has to deal with pee. I’m bladder shy and she wasn’t very understanding, she seemed rather annoyed than anything. PS if you hate your job so much, quit.
Emma Franz provided excellent medical service for my VA claim and was respectful of my condition. I had a short wait and zero issues with the staff at the front desk.
