Absolutely ridiculous wait times. We sat for over 2 hours and still didn't see a doctor. An hour drive wasted for Absolutely nothing. Thank you for nothing!!!!
Just left NPR ELAINE that had to evaluate me She gets 5 stars for making me feel human ,she listened patiently to my answers which is hard given my anxiety had me sounding like a skipped record jumping all over the place and not making much sense Thank you Elaine As for the office and staff I have no idea I just told them I was there and waited to be called
Can’t keep appointments. Not organized at all. They rescheduled me twice and also tried to get me to come here earlier. But for what?
This group needs to get their act together. Very disorganized. They can't even keep scheduled appointments . The excuse is we overbooked somebody can't read a computer screen.
Went to my IMA today. Rude staff.
