I am highly satisfied with the outstanding care and service provided by Elaine Matisko at The IMA Group in Altoona. She was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming to both my father-in-law and myself during our visit. Additionally, the girls who drew my father-in-law's lab work were absolutely wonderful, gentle, and professional. The exceptional care from the entire team made a massive difference for us, and we truly appreciate how well we were treated.
Elaine Yarger -Matisko is awesome at her work. And cares about the veteran. And answered all the questions that I asked her.
Met with Elaine to go over a medical condition. She listened to every word and was very clear and concise when I had any questions. She took all the stress out of the appointment. Her staff was also very friendly and professional.
Elaine was great ,very friendly and very informed and knowledgeable about my VA claim.
