This place has been nothing but amazing. The staff and coaches are wonderful. It was easy to join, and its an easy program to stick with. The shakes are great, If you want a variety of their food, then yes it will become expensive. Its nice having Federal Meats next door - i get all my meat for the following week there. Veggies from roadside stands, and im all set!!!!! You can do it if you really want to lose the weight!!!
