Kristen and Barb are fantastic! I highly recommend them and this program! I have lost weight, learned a lot and feel so much better. They are encouraging and extremely helpful!
I have been with Ideal Weigh since September and I’ve lost close to 40 pounds. Kristen and Barb have been wonderful to work with and I love having the accountability each week. The food products are also really good. Highly recommend to give it a try, especially if you do better having a Coach and someone to encourage you to keep going.
