I have used Ideal Weigh for my weight loss and it is truly the only weight loss plan I can lose weight a healthy way. I have tried them all and after many years I am with them once more because nothing else works. It’s easy to follow and you lose inches without even trying, real results and not as long as other diets. The experience has been awesome. I have been on a wishy washy diet all my life. This diet is calculated and scientific. If you are serious about your health and fitness this plan is worth your time,money and effort. Besides you can make grand friends in Barb and Kristin. Can't say enough good stuff about this decision I made to improve myself.
