Cryotherapy in Downtown Lincoln is a great place to to seek recovery treatment for muscle soreness, inflammation of your legs which I use a few times a week called Compression Therapy for 30 minutes each session. I've also enjoyed the whole body ice Cryotherapy which is a 3 minute. To many other treatment to write about, you need to experience how great Deanna the owner is and knowledgeable about Cryotherapy. She will make you so comfortable!

Good choice on my behalf , I’ve had an awful stiff neck and stiff back for the last 8 years due to a car accident when I was a lot younger. Of course we are not getting any younger and Today I can say I have decided to treat my self and get worked on and Lindsey Espinoza is the way to go ..... she definitely knows what she is doing. I will definitely be seeing here as recommended . My neck and back now feels less stiff and way better than before.
I had the infrared blanket, whole body and facial chryo therapies done and it was relaxing and i feel amazing after! I will definitely be coming back for more! I highly recommend them!
