Richard H. & Silvia with Hybrid Geeks were a great team. Crew showed up on time, excellent service, and battery. Prior to appointment I was asked to make sure technician had access to battery. Due to emergency I wasn’t able to do that. I notified Richard of the problem and he did not hesitate to help. Once I arrived Richard was working away, with tools of my personal set aside that was covering hybrid battery. In addition, Richard the Technician assisted me with further help. Thanks Hybrid Geeks
Richard was extremely professional and courteous. He kept us in the loop on his timeliness arriving and how long it would take to do the work. He let us know his findings on what else he saw with the vehicle. Extremely pleased with Richard and will do business with him again and again.
Richard and Sylvia were wonderful and helping me get my two Prius reef organized and I am greatly appreciative of them and hybrid geek is a great company
