Richard did a great job! Came to our driveway, fixed everything, and was very friendly.
Talked to Lindsay on the phone and worked with Richard on the install. Both were great and professional. Quick turnaround time, and now my Prius will hopefully last for many more years and miles! (2006 Prius 252k miles)
