I went to open business account 2 weeks ago . After phone tag and finally getting with the correct person to help me . I brought in all documents he asked for. He didn't have time to talk with me or even collect my documents. He said he would call me when he was able. I still have not heard from him. I took those same documents and opened 2 business accounts at a local bank that made time
Going to be filing a lawsuit Monday. The checking debit card isn't working for 2 days now. I have money in the account but the cards aren't working. When I called they said the i.t is working on it. In the meantime I have no money for 2 days so far. Im sueing
I had an issue with my account; I paid to have it resolved, but they told me there was no fix. I don't understand the point of having staff members if they aren't going to help. It is a terrible place to have a bank account—the employees won't assist you with anything at all. They spend their time chatting with their coworkers, and then they just stare at you as if you didn't have any money. An awful bank.
