Incredibly disappointed in our wedding cake, after a phone call earlier in the week of our wedding to confirm delivery place. We came from interstate and was highly relying on this phone call and email correspondence. On our wedding day we get to our reception in port Douglas and was told our cake is not here. Tried to contact this company and was told they took it to a different place earlier in the day and then drove back to cairns with the cake. Really disappointed with the quality of cake for $150, it was hard, inedible and delivered to venue 2 days before! Ruined 60th birthday dinner at lovely restaurant. Thank goodness for the rose decoration best part of it. No reply to my email either. Wished i had gone to coles and grabbed a sponge, cream and raspberries!!
We preferred 2 cakes for birthdays while we were in port Douglas for a wedding. The team were so accomodating, delivering the first cake to the restaurant for us as our plan got in late in the day. Both cakes were delicious, so nicely presented and everyone commented on how yum they were! Such a great find that left a great memory for us! Thanks!
