Big shout out to Hub team for guidance with purchase of my first E-MTB, after a false start(my wrong model choice) they got me on a great all round bike. Had great 1st rides at Gum Tree tracks, after 20 +years on analog bike I'm a convert.Tony great help with suspension set-up etc.
Came across these guys whilst looking for a rim for my mountain bike. I had a question so I called them up. Within minutes they responded to me with the info and updated their website with more pictures of the item. They were also kind enough to provide some solid advice regarding my plans and I ended up buying the wheel. I ordered it at the end of the day on a Tuesday and it was at my door many cities away on Thursday. Bought a pair of S Works shoes from them a couple of weeks ago, fantastic deal.. And they helped me sort out a few issues i was having with Zvift as i'm not too technical.. These boys had my bike in there and sorted it all out fantastic. What a workshop, sometimes you can just tell your in the right place. And these boys know their stuff. couldn't have been more helpful
I purchased a rear light from the shop a while back and it's been great..cheap and efficient..I went to re charge it this week and it's dead. Took it back to the shop to make sure I hadn't done anything wrong and was straight away given a replacement..No questions and no receipt provided. The ONLY think to say is WOW.. what a way to treat customers!! Fantastic service and response! Thank you.
Awesome bike shop! Staff were super responsive and helpful with my initial questions via email. Once I did purchase a bike, I had a few initial issues with one of the parts, the guys got it back in and replaced the faulty part and had it returned to me within a couple days.
