Sent an order to be processed on Halloween. Product was completed on November 2nd and sat on their shelves for 17 DAYS before they shipped it out. When I placed the order, they informed me they would ship it out immediately as it was an order for TYB. Nope... fast forward to the 11th of November... I call in and the order is Still on their shelf in the back. They say it will be shipped out the following Tuesday (November 15th). Disappointed in my daughters graduation photo. It would have been great except the the photographer did not straighten out her cords. I thought that would be the first thing they would do. Sit them down, straighten tassels and cords ect. Poor job for a "professional".
