Was supposed to receive my bedroom set last Saturday but they set it back one week which i was ok with that but they did it again this Saturday 3/15/2025 which is not ok. I will seek legal action and do not recommend management tried to force a change in delivery when I already said no.
The furniture store is friendly, and our couch is still comfortable after a year. I didn’t give a 5-star rating due to the montage company for the protection plan not fixing issues as promised. They sent us repair items instead of fixing stains ( said they wouldn’t fix stains due to not telling them as soon as it happened) and a hole, and after moving I gave up on trying to get them to fix the couch. They have nice couches so if you do get a couch from them I’m sure you will like it but don’t pay for the protection plan.
