CEO Chaotic incompetence. Because the turnover at this firm is so high, I found myself working with three different paralegals and several different attorneys. I cannot number the times a new attorney dealing with my case had to start over due to lost files, changes in personnel or missed deadlines. Overall, it was a very, very frustrating experience.
