My mother went without A/C for about 2 weeks here. They barely brought fans in with single unit A/C units which is never as dehumidifying nor cooling as just being willing to fix the centralized air. No offer to refund part of the month. We can do better. Her health suffered some from being in approximately 80 degrees in her room. Not good.
Beautiful property, great staff who go above and beyond, plus the food is delicious!
I have been a resident of the Homestead Assisted Living Community for a year and a half and find it most satisfactory. Since my wife pass away this has become my new family. All my needs are taken care of and my concerns addressed. I highly recommend The Homestead.
