Josh & Colette are amazing!! I reached out to Josh quite suddenly, and by the end of the week we were already on track to get a pre approval! They have been very easy to talk to & I would recommend them to everyone I know. Although our circumstances changed and we didn’t end up needing a loan, they will be our go to for anything finance related in the future.
We are owner builders and all other mortgage brokers told us that we would not get a loan but Josh and Colette listened to us and realised we had a unique situation and got us the loan to help us finish our build.
