I had been communicating with HomeHappy for years as I navigated the learning curves of the housing market and what I wanted/could afford. Yolanda in particular was very helpful and patient until the right opportunity came up for me. She was efficient and fast and secured a great rate for me and answered the million questions I had. I would recommend and would use her and the team again without hesitation!
VERY disappointed with mike and cindy and will never use the home happy team again. When i signed my last mortgage they talked me into a variable rate (amidst record low fixed rates) and assured me when the time comes to lock in they would let me know. Well never did they let me know and now im paying for it. What good is a mortgage broker when they provide service this terrible? im not sure how they sleep at night. At this point the emails they send me pandering for google reviews and referrals is Absolutely laughable. usin... read more
