Honestly, I felt they were very dismissive to my needs. Fill out online form, didn’t get a response. Filled out again and finally got a response. When I sent my rates to see what they can do, essentially he (Ian) came back with a dismissive response, telling me “good luck”. Doesn’t feel like they cared or wanted my business. Other places I wrote and contacted were MUCH more inclined to help.
We have been privlaged to work with David Hynes over the last 15 years as our broker. Exceptional service. Always available and very knowledgable. 5 star recommendation for sure and then some. I recommend him first in the mortgage business.
