Alaina is so lovely and welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. I have been to her for reflexology as well as back and shoulder massages. She has adapted both treatments for me so they have been more manageable with my chronic illnesses. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly as she does the treatment. I'd highly recommend The Holistic Hub to everyone looking for help with pain or a bit of a treat for their body

I would thoroughly recommend The Holistic Hub and Alaina’s treatments. I have had reflexology for 15 years and she is one of the best. Beautiful peaceful setting too.
Driving into this place you can already get a sense of peace that is continued when Elaina greets you in her heaven. The treat is outstanding and her hands should be insured because they touch into your soul in the nicest way. I have enjoyed both my reflexology treatments there and she made me feel so comfortable at all times. The environment is just so relaxing and inviting to forget all the worries of your daily life. Would recommend 100%.
I am a busy mum of 3 children plus have a dairy farm to run and Iv been looking for something to help keep me in tune with my mind and my body!!
