I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and was the only customer who wasn’t acknowledged. I was never offered assistance, even though it was obvious I wasn’t with the other parties. To make matters worse, an employee came in from outside and put her hands directly into the ice used to make customers’ drinks. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
Second time visiting & was just as delighted with my second impression as I was my first. Staffing is patient & willing to discuss/offer detailed information about their product. I generally take time when making a decision and they are patient- not making me feel rushed to make my choice(s). Store looks like an actual upscale dispensary with a clean, clear, & organized lay out. Not an over abundance of each item but they do offer wide selection of types/methods.
