I’ve been living at The Hills at River View for almost 4 years and continue to be very happy. My unit is completely soundproof and very well-built. The extra touches such as motion-sensor closet lights, beautiful kitchen appliances & backsplash add a lot of character. I love the view of the Shetucket river. The maintenance staff respond very timely and the office staff are very helpful. I definitely recommend living here.
We have lived here for about 9 months now and will not be resigning our lease when it is up. We live on one of the older styles on the lower level. It is a good size with lots of storage but not the best layout. The sound proofing between the upper and lower apartments is very poor. I can hear every step the residents up stairs take, their conversations, and their dog barking often, even from our garage level.
