Unprofessional experience at 8pm on Friday February 27, 2026 which was surprising given that I come here a lot. I sat with my friend and no waiter stoped by while they checked on everyone else. I looked towards the bar and waiters were chit chatting to themselves instead of working. We celebrated my husband’s birthday here with a group of friends, and Alexis truly made our night absolutely amazing! She set the tone for our night with her high energy, friendly personality, and close attentiveness to us from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure our group felt special and taken care of. She is the reason we’ll be coming back here.
They need to update their processes. We booked a table, invited our friends, paid for reservation and were let in at the main entrance with the OpenTable information but when we went up we were told they don’t take Open table reservations. It was my husbands bday and I invited his friends on the reliance of the paid reservation. It was humiliating and unprofessional.
