For what I have seen and heard that they don't respect the patients like they should they need to think of them as their own relatives and then maybe they can get the treatment and help they deserve

My MIL has finally decided to down size and move into a retirement community. She tasked me with looking for and researching a new place to call home. After a few calls around to different places, The Highlands became my top choice for her. It’s an all inclusive home for her. 3 meals a day and plenty of activities for her.
