The Highlands, an independent retirement community, located in Westborough , MA is a great place to live in retirement. The Highlands is abound with excellent amenities, which include individual apartments, daily organized activities and weekly field trips. Something for everyone. For what I have seen and heard that they don't respect the patients like they should they need to think of them as their own relatives and then maybe they can get the treatment and help they deserve
