Beautiful as always, if a bit icy this year. However, I was duly unimpressed and quite angry at how many of the kitchen staff were OPEN MOUTHED COUGHING while handling all the food. No masks, no covering with elbows, nothing. Safety practices are obviously not up to snuff, since COVID, RSV, multiple strains of flu, and measles are all a threat right now. No amount of smiling customer service makes up for the fact that you coughed on my freshly made food

After many trips to Boyne Highlands this one was a bit of a let down. We did not get a confirmation email for our lift ticket purchase (lift tickets purchased in November for the February trip) and did a lot of running g around upon arrival attempting to get our Go Cards (RFID cards used for lift tickets). We were told Skier Services was open until 6:00pm but not a single window was open at 5:45pm. We were told Skier Services opens at 8:00am, not a single window was open at 8:10am.
