The Highlands is severely lacking when it comes to customer service and communication. I previously had stayed at the highlands a couple months ago during a huge snow storm. me and my boyfriend decided to leave early and asked if we would be able to get a refund on the nights we didn’t stay. they told us yes that was possible. this lady gave us a sheet with a number to call and the expenses from the trip.the number was for expedia. when we called expedia they said we had to request the refund from the highlands. so i called ... read more
