We came here to ride the lift and walk along the hills. Great place to visit
Beautiful property, nightmare staff. We brought 20 guys to Highlands last weekend, $20K+ trip all in for 4 rounds / 2 nights. Booked for 36 on Saturday, Arthur Hills AM, Heather PM. Morning rain caused a 2-hour delay. Arthur Hills staff reassured us tee times at all courses were shifting accordingly. Apparently not! Mid-round we call Heather to confirm. Played this course in May with a group of 20 guys. Had a blast and loved the course. I hit the shot of a lifetime on hole #6 for an ace. My group went crazy and the ranger drove over to congratulate me. I talked to him about getting a flag and he said call the clubhouse and talk to them about it. Here we are in the middle of July and no answer from them. I have left multiple voicemails and also sent 4 emails. Terrible customer service!
