Offer terrible customer service
Best dispensery in Syracuse, the product and staff are amazing. The Higher Company feels more like a high-end neighborhood wine shop, than the usual neon overload found in many NYS shops. There are a lot of dispensaries here in Syracuse, but The Higher Company is a must-go!
Stopped in while running errands, quiet, chill atmosphere and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely stop by again! Wanted to update if you stop by ask for Harmony she is great and knows her stuff! She helps me everytime I go in and she is the best!!!
