No kind of people skills
I absolutely am thankful for the staff here as I am going on 2 years of being sober I am almost done with my 18 month program and I will definitely miss seeing and talking with Ms. Yvette and Angela. I was so excited when Sasha let me know that I can volunteer to sit in the classes even after I am done. They were so amazing they have inspired me to get into becoming a drug & alcohol counselor.
This place was the worst. I was recorded(cellphone) and harrassed by one of the employees who assumed I didn't have a valid license when leaving. Was threatened that the cops were being called and I couldn't return. After speaking with Mike and showing my valid license I returned to court and explained what happened. The judge agreed it went against privacy policies and my obligation to complete the program was dismissed.
The last thing anyone wants is to have to spend 18 months out of their life on an alcohol program. But things happen and you gotta do what you gotta do. My counselor was Alice, and she is handsdown amazing. Everyone in the front office, Brenda, Linda, and the director Sasha are all very great and helpful. When covid happened the team didn't miss a beat with classes or groups, so thankfully I never lost any time or fell behind.
