Kane is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his products and audio.
Uninviting atmosphere and unfriendly employee. When paying, he claimed we needed to give a first and last name for some “government thing” and when the point of sale system wasn’t working, the employee said “nothing works in this liberal world, i dont know if i can take much more”. Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion but i dont understand the need to talk politics to your customers, its completely unprofessional. Will not return
The Hifi attic was a lifesaver for me. Malcome and Kane are two experts in their industry and were extremely helpful. They heard I inherited my grandfathers vinyls and had no record player to play them with. They hooked me up with a fantastic deal just to be able to see me playing my grandads records. I know next to nothing about these things and I’m well aware that audio systems are expensive. Malcolm and Kane are really great to deal with. So happy to have a store like this in our community. They are always willing to answer my questions and let me listen to equipment I'm interested in. I like how they pursue interesting brands on top of the many they already sell. The service they provide is top-notch and I recommend them to anyone.
