Extremely disappointing experience. The staff at this store were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I asked a few basic questions about audio equipment, and instead of helping, they acted like I was wasting their time. Customer service clearly isn't a priority here. On top of that, the parking situation is terrible. There are only a few cramped spots out front, and it's a nightmare trying to get in or out if it's even a little busy.
If you want quality product with excellent support, then look no further. Very Happy

Great shop and great service from Kane and Malcom! Loving my Audiolab gear, cables etc...and great cartridge install on my turntable. No need to shop anywhere else.
