My time at Hi-Line was disappointing. I experienced unfair treatment that made the work environment unwelcoming. Despite assurance during the hiring process that I would be valued as a college student, there would be advancements, and support; none of these promises were upheld. I’ve worked at 4 different Hi-Line locations and my flexibility was never valued. Nobody should work where they’re not appreciated so I hope this company takes serious steps towards integrity.
