Best weight loss program I've ever done and I've done many. None of the others successfully but with Hernried Center I've lost 27 lbs in less than 3 months. It was super easy and I never struggled or felt like I was craving or missing out. The professional support is great and the meals are very tasty. I do have favorites and the Chocolate and vanilla shakes are the best. The puddings I think are good are the cheesecake, vanilla and chocolate.
