Not cracked up Bank has many fees....tellers are friendly but new management is not. Laid off their manager who was there for many years and awesome with the customers. Just isn't the same anymore....moved my account.
Great Service, Friendly Tellers As far as service goes, this is the best bank I have had by far. I have always had great customer service both in person and on the phone. I have been a customer of this bank for nearly 2 years and have only had 1 issue (which was resolved with in 1 phone call). Many of the tellers at the St. Marys branch even know me, my husband and son. They know me well enough to give me a lollipop for my son even when he's not with me!
