It was a nice bank until they switched to “the first” and I got my new card and my card was working fine but now it’s declining and won’t work what’s so ever I got left stranded cause I couldn’t buy gas cause my card is getting declined even tho I have money this is crazy and it’s Memorial Day and I can’t even get help cause they’re closed and I have a 2 year old I’m done with this bank there should be no reason why my card isn’t working
My debit card was hacked and someone used it on Cashapp, approx 250.00 done every min in 5.00 increments.Heritage could clearly see it didn't come from me, yet refused to give my money back.Times are hard enough and not having a Bank that PROTECTS your MONEY is ridiculous.It was the Home offices decision.IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY PROTECTED, DO NOT BANK HERE!!

You will always be greeted by name and that means a lot in today's world.Heaven knows they have helped me thru some rocky times.You can't go wrong doing business here.
