To all you petty people complaining about the herb lady-are you there for a friendly visit or to get help for which drs have not been able to do?She and Gerry have helped my daughter after 3 years of drs just wanting to give her drugs and not fixing a thing. Bad Customer Service First Off I'd like to say I've "heard" wonderful things about the Herb Lady.However my visit to the store on Tuesday,September 30th was far from Wonderful.I over heard the lady that was working that day as she was dealing with two gentleman customers.Not only was she extremely rude but when a third man that must have knew the two customers approached them,she said,"Somebody needs to take a shower!"
