Haven't been a customer for years... In the past it seemed to be very helpful & healthful, but I was much younger. Just spoke with Elaine and she was very helpful and not overly aggressive and came across as eager to assist in helping me obtain a pain management program. The over indulgence of the past... Not maintaining mental & body health certainly has a high price as you age.

I'm thrilled I went to The Herb Lady in March 2017 and met the new owner Elaine. I have many yrs of experience with the former owner taking yrs of classes and shopping for over 12 yrs in her store. She did not possess People skills and working with the public, it was so difficult to be around her and see the way she treated people, myself included.
