Great Lawyer.
Paid Mr. Henry $3k to handle 2 trademark registrations in Oct 2013. He didn't file the applications for 7 months. Countless e-mails went unanswered when I asked for a status update. After several months of excuses, I figured out how to check myself, only to find that Mr. Henry failed to answer an action notice for 6 months, so the USPTO abandoned our applications in Sept. 2016. Matthew Henry is nothing more than a criminal and thief, pretending to be a lawyer. I made the terrible mistake of trusting him with an estate case. Behind my back, he proceeded to spend the entire life savings of my parents. This money represented a lifetime of hard work and savings on the part of my parents, and Matt simply helped himself to spend it all. Our firm retained Matt Henry over a year ago to do a small foreclosure and after months and months of dissapearing acts and excuses, we have turned to the Arkansas office of professional contact to start a formal complaint and hopefully get out retainer returned. From what I can tell, his firm is closing.
