New bud tender was terrible. Rude. I won a free wheel spin. I won a vape with no battery. I said to myself “ great, now I gotta buy a battery for it”. I turned to ask the bud tender if it takes 510 thread. He got mad and yelled that I had a poor attitude about winning the vape. And he refused to answer and more question. I turned to ask all the other bud tenders if this vape I won takes a 510 thread and they refused to answer my question. 1star for the pathetic display of customer service
The guys in the store David and Matt were amazing. Great customer service.
